At Cutie Supply, we want you to love your aesthetic stationery! Please review our return guidelines:

• Mystery Boxes: All sales are final. Due to the surprise nature of these boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Notebooks & Accessories: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns for notebooks that have been written in.
• Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please email us at cutiesupplyy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement!
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
